A long term, intensive project in which the whole school and wider community develop knowledge and understanding of Kangaroo Island's wild dolphin population and their habitats, creating a photographic ID catalogue enabling unobtrusive dolphin monitoring.

KI Dolphin Watch's Charter:

  • reengage students, teachers and volunteers in education
  • contribute to the body of knowledge and understandings about Cetaceans in our environment
  • develop a baseline position with respect to population groups and habitat around the coastline
  • protect dolphins, whales and their environment
